Is it enaught to download latest firmware to Wireless CPU to upgrade WipSoft or not?

I don’t exactly understand your question. Wipsoft is a seperate Open AT application, which you can run on the Open AT OS ( if compatible ). Open AT OS does not include Wipsoft or any other OAT application by default.
You can upgrade the firmware and/or the WipSoft of your Wireless CPU with the latest version.
For this, please ask to you rdistributor to provide you these latest version.
Then, follow the update procedure of the documentation.
