how to update FW663 to R72 on Q2687H

how to update FW663 to R72 on Q2687H? when using DWLWin and R72_00-cus-q26-01.wpk to due with my Q2687H 662_09gg.Q2687H 1945024 042307 12:41
but DWLWin report
Boot failure: cannot connect with the target
Cannot boot up the remote target: giving up
after several retry
Starting up the target (attempt #n)

and DWLWin cannot auto detect Q2687H also,what happen to me?
btw: my serial link with no problem~means connect cable is OK

Please try to get new version of Dwlwin software from wavecom website and try to download.

I use DWLWIN v4.1.6.9.exe downloaded from wavecom website, and this tool cannot recognize my Q24Plus also(by Auto detect function)
and cannot write *.wpb to device.

Is there somthing wrong with DWLWIN v4.1.6.9.exe?
DWLWIN v4.1.6.9.exe is not the latest version? or which version can be used?

Is the boot-pin set right?
(needs to be set for the dwlwin app to work)

I enable it then perform a hard-reset,DWLWin report :
Boot failure: received unexpected data
Failed to communicate with the baseband

or what is the right operation sequence?
