How does WS6318 enter sleep mode using DTR?

That is useful. Your information make me to ask some questions.

  1. What is WS6318 module doing while in sleep mode?
  2. What is the average current consumption in the sleep mode?
  3. There is a approach to make WS6318 module switch modes (from DATA mode to AT command mode and vise verse) using DTR. Do this approach to enter sleep mode and the approach I have described above interfere with each other or not?

To enter sleep mode using DTR proceed as follow:
first configure properly UART:
AT+WHCNF=6,1
AT&W
AT+CFUN=1,1

select the sleep mode to use DTR:
AT+PSSLEEP=0

now by toggling DTR , the WS6318 will enter sleep mode immediately.
