I try to update the firmware of my module to 5.4.12.1 with the one click method in Windows. I click on the exe file but when I am asked to reset my device, I press the reset button but nothing happens. Does anyone know why?
How do you connect to the unit? USB? UART?
try to follow of instruction in HL78 Series Firmware Update Methods, you need to add %APPDATA%\HL78xx_download.ini file.
the default going to USB1 port, so you need to provide you specific COM port or USB port and baud rate.
