Firmware Upgrade Failure on HL7810

I’m performing a firmware upgrade from HL7810.5.4.12.2 firmware version to HL7810.5.7.2.0 version using the UART port and one-click firmware upgrade package for windows. The process fails.
The interface being used is UART interface and baud rate 921600 was used for the upload. The interface can send and receive AT commands. I’ve tried to follow the firmware upgrade instructions for windows as much as possible.

I have attached the screen capture of the failure, please let me know how to resolve this.

Thanks,
Abi

how about going to 5.4.13.2?

I attempted upgrading to the firmware version you recommended, process still failed. with below error

Observations:

  1. How can I change the COM Port, in this case I intend to use COM16, but COM11 was selected by default.
  2. Below is the message from the log file after failure. Does this mean I need to update the uBootVersion? if yes, how?

You can read this document to understand how to specify the COM port

Hi,

My issue has been resolved after updating the ini file with the correct interface and baudrate. I also configured the bootloader time to
at+kbootcfg=0,1

The firmware upgrade was successful.

Thanks,
Abi
