I have sent a HL7812 to a testing lab to try and confirm a radiated harmonic issue which caused us to fail EN 301 908-1 TX regulatory testing. The Lab is connected to an antenna manufacture, so the engineers are not very familiar with their own call box and or the Sierra wireless modems.
We are having problems with connecting to the call box, starting with CATM Band 28. I was hoping someone would have experience with this call box and could help me, help them configure the modem for their call box. Below I posted the basic commands I am using, I was able to get a CSQ response and CREG:3 registration denied, which was progress over getting nothing for a while. Do not know if need to send an attach command or a COPS configuration. I have not been able to get an answer from the lab about needing an APN but I have tried “www.anritsu.com”, “test” and blank
