As you can see my HL7802 support GSM Digital Cellular Systems(2G) and E-UTRAN (LTE) but I don’t know why when I try to put the module on LTE network the registration is denied (look to the creg value). The 2G network works well. I use the lastes firmware version for the HL7802. Can someone help me please ? Best regards
did you set the APN in +CGDCONT correctly?
Does your SIM Ok to register LTE cat-M?
Does the operator have corresponding LTE band?
How can I know that ?
for frequency band and correct APN, you can check with your operator
for APN inside module, you can check with AT+CGDCONT?

what SIM card are you using?
Can you try with a working SIM card to make sure the module has no problem?
The SIM card I use is supposed to work because I can catch the network in 2G. I using a sim M2M basic orange
that did not mean it works in LTE mode
Have you put into another brand of LTE-M module to prove it can work?
Or have you tried with a working LTE-M SIM card to make sure the module has no problem?
BTW, is “internet.swir” a correct for your SIM?
Currently I don’t have another module or sim card to do these tests but I think the problem comes from “internet.swir” because it is the default APN.
have you tried to change it to a correct one?
