HL7800 Access denied to network

Hello,
We’re developing system with HL7800.
but we faced to very critical issue related to HL7800.
Our HL7800 works well but sometime not connected to network, so much time later it worked again or not working continuoulsy…
We debugged this and found this stopped at “creg 0,3”…this means network denied the device.
“creg 0,5” is fine status.
some module worked well for long time, but most of them have similar issues.

If we waiting for answer, sometimes system worked after a few minutes, hours or reconnection the power…
Our testing is doing at so many different location to compare the LTE Antenna and network status.

And I met other company who experienced similar issue.
he avoided this issue by external SIM registered by local company not Sierra…
My system using eSIM now.

Hi @jy.han
Could you please share with me some information as below:

  1. What Radio Access Technology are you using?
    If you are using eSIM Sierra then you must use CAT-M1 radio access technology and make sure your area supports CAT-M1.
  2. You should set the band for all bands.
  3. Please share with me the output of below commands:
    AT+COPS=?
    AT+COPS?

Hello,

As I said, this issue happens sometimes….but if happens, issue keeps so long time.

We tested and verified system at the same position with lots of module.

This means that Communication works basically but issue be happened during test.

I think this means module works with CAT-M1.

I will answer you soon about other request.
