HL7800 Never attatch networks

Hi,

I have some of my modem that see networks around but they never success to attatch the network.
The modem is a HL7800 in 4.6.9.4 FW version.

When I send a AT+COPS=? command the module returns all the netwoks seen but if I try to connect to it manually I got the CME ERROR 31 on each network.

When I send “AT+CGDCONT?” command I get 2 PDP context, the first one is correct and the second one is empty.
Is there any solution to delete the empty PDP context?

Have you an idea on which command I can send to let the modem attatch on network?

Okay but why ?
On other product in the same configuration that work fine in very same location with the same SIM card on my desk.

We use 1nce SIM card so we don’t have access to the network operator.

On the other hand, have you checked with the distributor to capture a log for further analysis?

Not yet, I would like to ask some help on the forum first.
We have some product on the field that shown the same issue so we can not take any log from those products.

Is there any AT commands to reset the module to his default factory settings and reset all NV memory ?

my feeling is that there is hardware issue in the field
you need to contact distributor for further analysis

Is the second PDP context on the AT command response is not the issue ?
How the modem deal with that situation ?

you can enable the +CGEV notification and see if there is any clue
