Answer: This issue may be caused by the failure of restoring SAV file during upgrade. Please check your folder in the install path, it should not be empty.
And please send us the log file in directory “C:\Program Files\HiloUpgrader_5.0.x\LOGS” if possible.
“PH-NET PIN” happens also when the module is SIM LOCK to an operator while this operator is not present in area of the module
