Help with c-gps library

Hello, i’m using the iesm usb+gps, and i don’t know how to get the nmea frames, i need get the location (latitude and longitude), but when i try activate the antena, i get error. one week ago all the command to enable the antena return ok, but the led of the gps never turn on, it turn on only when the modem is on but after go to off.

i try send the gps command and all responses are error, i need the c-gps library but where can i download it?
please help me.
