Help TCP/IP and FTP

I am writing an application which sends some data to FTP SERVER and receives some data from server in .txt file format.
I want to use WIP…
I am new to open at can anybody explain the steps to connect GPRS and use FTP for transmission??

The examples in the AT command lists show exactly what you’re wanting to do. Literally. Word for word.
