Are you trying to make dialup connection on Windows Desktop but not successful?
Can you check “Device Manager” was new modem port or serial port enumerated after you connected FXT009 to PC via USB?

No, I didn’t try anything yet. I just want to know if it is possible to use FXT009 via USB interface for dial up, but after your answer I guess it is possible.
