Hi all, I have a FXT009 modem and a using a windows 10 computer, I bought it some time ago so I don’t have the CD it came with, I tried finding the software on the sierra website but couldn’t find any drivers or software for windows 10. Any help would be appreciated.

The FXT009 has a Q2686 inside which uses the standard CDC ACM USB end point. Unfortunately the device is so old we do not have any drivers for Win10 (or even 7 as far as I remember) for this. If you plug in into a Linux machine it will work out of the box as it has the drivers installed as standard.
