I guess this is depending on whether your FX30 (WP7702) is using old memory component.

As I have tested in the FX30S WP7702 **SKU 1104542 it can be Downgraded Successfully From the 15.1 to Release 9.1

After Downgrade the Below see the FW version will change but in the ATI8 Response it would be in the same as legato version of 15.1 Can i know the Reason??
