FX30 driver crash since Windows latest update

Hello,

Since the start of the week (and maybe after a windows update), the windows driver crash in loop and thence we can’t connect to the fx30 in USB as before.

It was working before perfectly (and use the latest version available to date).

I even reinstall/restart the driver and PC without fixing the issue.

Could you confirm that the driver is still working?

What windows update are you using?

Here is the list of update I have (in french btw…)

I am using win11 with 24H2 update, no problem is found.
Maybe you need to try more PC.

Could you try the 25H2 + cumulative update?

We have the same issue on multiple PC since the latest update.

We are wondering if this new update break the driver in some way

no, i cannot as the update of my PC is managed by my company.
I can only try on 24H2
