I just upgraded my rv50 aleos from 4.9.3 to 4.13.0.17 but I got the error in step 3 and now all the lights on my rv50x are blinking, what should I do to solve the problem?

Please make sure the Radio firmware are correct ( check your current Radio firmware, it is Generic or specific operator, and Radio chipset is correct: MC7354 or MC7304).
Set device to Recovery mode and then re-update ALEOS firmware, after reboot, you can upgrade Radio firmware.
