EM7565 - Not able to get internet access on Windows but on Linux I do get

I installed the Windows drivers and I’m able to see the connection and even connect to the cellular network and get an IP address, When I open the network bar on the bottom rigth I can see the cellular modem on and that is connected but it says “No Internet Access”.

When I take the EM7565 and connect it to a Linux machine I can get it connected and have access to the internet (I get a ping to 8.8.8.8).

I tried to find a solution online with no success… Do you maybe know why?

The FW I’m using is: EM7565 GENERIC Release 20 (MDM_SWI9X50C_01.14.13.00_PRI_9907259-002.048.000)

I tried to upgrade the FW over AirVantage without success also… I get "Upgrade Failure [Invalid URI]
Can you please advise on this topic also?

Thnaks.
