seems this is calibration problem of your module
How to make this calibration?
I have programs like QXDM, QRST, a bit work with them.
Can you help me to fix my module?

where did your friend get this module?
It is not a production module from the IMEI
Normally the calibration is done in factory…
This value of IMEI shows when module fw is a bit broken

not quite sure what that means…
but the calibration should be done in factory…
Is there a way that i can copy calibration settings from another modem?

No, you cannot do that, calibration can only be done in factory
