Hi,
We have two EM7565 connected to the devkit, which are in the LOW POWER MODE. Does anyone know how we can get it out of that mode? The WAN led on the board is also off.

digging a bit more I see there is a mismatch in fw/config version. Any suggestion on how to fix that?

Try
AT!ENTERCND="<password>"
AT!IMPREF="GENERIC"
AT!RESET
I’m a bit puzzled though. This is usually the result of a failed firmware upgrade. And there hasn’t been any firmwares released for the EM7565 yet AFAIK? Not publicly, anyway.

Not sure how it entered firmware upgrade mode, but following your command, I am able to fix that and get the modem out of the LPM mode.
Thank you very much.

It didn’t worked with the AT commands, however manage to fix it with the Connection Manger (Skylight) settings. Still wondering what was the reason for the modem to go in the LPM mode.
