EM7511 AT&T forbidden FirstNet

Okay I’m at a loss I have the Getac V110 G3 with the EM7511 card installed but for some reason At&T is Forbidden? I see the FirstNet Network but I can’t connect to it. At&T see the laptop but when I go under settings it won’t let me turn on the cellular.

Hi charlessummersii,

Welcome you to our community.
What firmware EM7511 version are you using? If you are not in the latest firmware, could you please download the latest one and retry it?

Hello - Im having the same problem with FirstNet on a Panasonic ToughBook with an EM7355. I can see FirstNet and AT&T, but both say Forbidden when I scan for available networks. Just wondering if there was a solution to the above issue? Thanks!

Update the driver and you are good

Hi @sal ,
Welcome you to our community!
Have you installed the latest firmware and the latest driver for your EM7355? If not, please install it following two the links below:
https://source.sierrawireless.com/resources/airprime/software/airprime-em73xx_mc73xx-fw-package-latest-release/#sthash.AkEcLrcm.dpbs
https://source.sierrawireless.com/resources/airprime/software/airprime-em_mc-series-windows-drivers-qmi-build-latest-release/#sthash.womcISzh.dpbs

After the installing, please recheck if the issue still happens in this case?

Thanks,

Apologies if this seems basic but did you verify that you have an ATT SIM card installed?
