EM7430 can't set to Factory Test Mode

My EM7430 has a trouble that “!DAFTMACT” can’t set and return an error.

Firmware version: TELSTRA 02.11.03.00

Should I need to upgrade firmware?
Please help me.

!DAFTMACT is “password-protected” command.
You should “enter a password” before executing such a commands:

AT!ENTERCND="A710"

I have already input below command in my first post.

But I get error response. :cry:
I try to upgrade below official firmwares.

I still get the same error response.
