Dubai SIM card

hi,
I am using Q24 extended module for vechile tracking system.The unit is working in India with Airtel service provider .But the same unit is not working in Dubai .In Dubai configuration details are

SIM Service provider:etisalat
APN network:mnet(this was found from internet)

what could be the problem???

Don’t beleive everything you read on the internet - have you verified it with the actual service provider?

What messages are you receiving?
