Hi

By mistake the power on my device was cut during download of a dwl file (the Hello World example), and after that I can’t get it running again. Does it have a bootloader or is this sw part of the image which is downloaded.

Can I fix this myself or must it be sent to my supplier for service?

You must burn the firmware again to your module.
Your supplier can do this except you have a special cable and
the appropiate files.
