Difference between at!reset and at+cfun=1,1

Hi, can someone help me understand the difference between at!reset and at+cfun=1,1 on the EM7455 module?

Which reset should I do if I like to do a complete module reset?

Does toggling the Full_Card_Power_Off# signal for 5 secs give it a complete module reset?

Does not really matter which software command you use, I would stick with the software commands as it is guaranteed to do it in a controlled way.
