MC7455 on mini PCIe hardware reset

Hello, I need to do an hardware reset of the module connected on mini PCIe of an embedded PC. Is there a way to do it via software using functionalities of the driver or can I use AT command? Has the command AT!RESET the same effect of the hardware reset that is power OFF than power ON?

The AT!RESET is a software reset which is not exactly like the hardware power reset.
It needs the module in the functional state and the AT port must be available.
