Device remains in "unsaved configuration" state


We have one of our device that permanently shows a state “unsaved configuration” despite the Blueprint was installed and re-installed several times.

How can we get this device out of the state “Unsaved Configuration” ?

PS: switching in and out of developer mode did nothing.

From what I understand, does this issue only occur on a single device?
Is the issue still happening now? If so, have you tried removing and re-adding the device on your Octave company to see if it resolves the issue.
