crash when download application

hi, i’ve download an example application to my Fasttrack Supreme, i did it several times and it is ok. But yesterday, when i download an other, it become like crash.
when i connect to FastTrack Supreme from M2m Studio, from RemoteShell Terminal, it’s keep printing this:

+WIND: 12,0
+WIND: 14
+WIND: 0
+WIND: 12,0
+WIND: 14
+WIND: 0
+WIND: 12,0
+WIND: 14
...........

any command will not response, so i can’t remove the application, is there any way to reset my modem? thanks.

Hiya,

Sounds like you might have downloaded an application built for a different version of firmware. Probably the most reliable (but not the most straight-forward way) is to use DWLWin to erase the application.

You will need to make an appropriate cable to do this - here’s a couple of threads about making the cable, and using DWLWin to reprogram the modem (mostly to update the firmware, but you can use DWLWin to simply erase the application).

hi davidc, i’m follow the link from these thread to download DWLWin but it’s seem the link was died, (i’ve logged in), and i cannot find it from wavecom website.
