Hi All,
I am trying to establish a TCP connection using a Q2406B modem.
Sometimes, when I send the AT+WIPBR=4,6,0 command, the response is CME ERROR:811.
This error is described in Error Codes List as “bearer connection failure: sim not ready (no pin code entered,…)”, but I have already entered the pin.
Furthermore, if I send the “AT+CPIN?” command, the response is “+CPIN:READY”, so the pin code has been effectively entered.
Any ideas about the cause of the 811 error cause?
Thanks in advance

Is that before or after you’ve received the 811 error?
ie, do you issue “AT+CPIN?” and ensure that you have the “+CPIN:READY” response before you issue the AT+WIPBR=4,6,0 command

I have tried to send “AT+CPIN?” before and after the AT+WIPBR=4,6,0 command, and I receive “+CPIN:READY” in both cases.
Therefore I think there is another reason different from SIM PIN, but I don’t know what…
