I’ve recently looked at the PLMN_Scan sample in the SDK. The problem is that on my Q2686H the function adl_L3infoSubscribe (ADL_L3INFO_SCAN, …) returns -13 (ADL_RET_ERR_NOT_SUPPORTED). What might be the cause? Is this function not supported on my device?

Yes. I have the same problem. Smth strange with it.
L3 info handle equal -13 during subscription.
Is this a “Commercial Feature” that has to be specially enabled - and paid for…?
Hmm, you’re probably right, looking at AT+WCFM documentation:
“200 Raw spectrum Info used by the L3Info open AT service”
