Cannot import AirVantage application

I want to create an AirVantage application to transfer data from/to the module, but I am unable to import an application as described here:

The how to states that I need to “Go on Develop Activity > My Apps”. However, when I login in the develop icon is not visible. Do you know what the problem is? Is it because I only have a trial AirVantage account? I took screen shots of my portal and the expected portal according to the Sierra website.

Hi ,

Might be the application file which you are uploading is not a valid one.

If you can share the application file with us , we can also test it from our end.
