Hello,
I have an issue connecting with my phone after certain conditions are met, that I feel shouldn’t affect the phone. Here is the steps I take after I have done my restore/write/reset to flush the BC127 settings and unpaired on my phone and unpaired on the BC127.

I see the device on my phone, so I tap the device on my phone to pair. The response I see is:
OPEN_OK 14 BLE 5D11DB2E1135
PAIR_PENDING
PAIR_OK 84119E71A98C
BLE_PAIR_OK 5D11DB2E1135 84119E71A98C
CLOSE_OK 14 BLE 5D11DB2E1135
So, the device is connected now. I now activate AVRCP, A2DP, HFP.
open 84119E71A98C a2dp
PENDING
OPEN_OK 10 A2DP 84119E71A98C
ROLE_OK 84119E71A98C M
OPEN_OK 11 AVRCP 84119E71A98C
AVRCP_PAUSE 11
AVRCP_STOP 11
OPEN_OK 13 HFP 84119E71A98C
ROLE_OK 84119E71A98C M
This is fine too. But, on my phone I see two BC127 devices:
And then after I tap the arrow on the top left and navigate back to this setting, I see zero devices:
This makes it look like I’ve got no device connected, though my Bluetooth symbol on the phone shows that I’m connected to a Bluetooth media source and that I can stream media to that source.
Note: there is absolutely no issue playing music or making phone calls. The only issue is only the display in the phone’s Bluetooth settings for the device.
Previously, the blue BC-088DFA would move up to the “paired devices” on my phone and change its name to BC088DFA (short name) and still the BC-088DFA black name stayed with the paired devices list without ever moving. I still didn’t like this previous set up where it shows two BC127 devices, but now, I see nothing.
How do I get it so I get to see the BC127 device on my phone? Is this an issue with the BC127 itself, or is it with my phone?
Thanks,
Steven.
