Any sierra module having Intel XMM 7262 and onwards chipset

Please confirm if following modules use Intel chipsets and not Qualcomm…

Sierra AirPrime EM7440
Sierra AirPrime EM7445

This is related to getting information about neighboring cells which is not possible using Qualcomm chipsets.
