Android RIL integration guide is wrong!

Dear,

I suppose the last version of the Android RIL integration guide needs a review.
Many paths/files mentioned in the guide do not exists since the last RIL update.

Can somebody check it, please!?

Hi @filipecosta,

Different RIL version has different integration guide. Could you provide the RIL release version you are using?

Hi @wzhang ! Thanks for answering.

In the Sierra Website, there is only the version 1.4 of the RIL integration driver (guide created on May, 2018.)
Many files the guide says to copy to the source tree does not exists.

I am trying to use the version 8.1 of the RIL
