Airlink GX400 USB serial drivers

Hi,
I have tried to install the drivers for the GX400, and the serial drivers are not recognized in windows 7 (x64) or 8 (x64) (even with digital signing off)
I can install the usb ethernet driver no problem but not the serial driver.

Can anybody point me in the right direction, to get the usb serial driver installed

Fixed my problem for GX400 to install serial drivers.

Needed to change the USB to serial in the gateway.
Logon to Gateway -> go to LAN tab -> go to USB -> change USB Device mode to USB Serial or USB Ethernet
