Is there an accessible pad that can be used to reset the HL7588 embedded module on the GL7500 modem?
I am currently using the GL7500 wireless modem that uses the HL7588 embedded module. I need a way to perform a hard reset on the modem when something goes wrong. In the HL7588 product technical specification document, there appears to be a reset pin (Pin 11, RST_IN_IN). Our initial thoughts were to run a connection to this pin so that we can reset the chip. However, all the pads are on the bottom of the chip, so are not accessible. There is no schematic for the complete GL7500 module, so although there may be an external pad on the board connected to this reset pin, we have no way of knowing. Please advise.
