WP7702 stucks during boot at "Channel alloc freed"

Own hardware device with WP7702 module with own GPS application.
The problem is that modules quite often (in 50%) stuck during the boot process if reboot is requested.
The last message is always “Channel alloc freed”

Detailed description:
Module WP7702
Firmware Release 12 (Generic — GCF)

The module does not finish boot if reboot is requiered by /sbin/reboot .
The same result is during boot if /sbin/poweroff was previously used.

The system stops here with power consumption about 80mA.
The only help is HW reset or power cycle.

UPDATE : The boot passes normally if the module is connected to USB during reboot.
