In fact, it [the WIP User Guide (v2.00)] says:

WIP_CEV_OPEN
This event is sent when the response message header has been receied.

and the v3.00 User Guide says exactly the same - but I think they are both [color=red]lying!

Yes, they are [color=red]lying!

What is actually happening in my application is that I get one WIP_CEV_READ event when the Header is available, and another WIP_CEV_READ event when the Body is available

And the WIPlib v5.10 (December 15, 2008) documentation still contains the same error
