Windows driver for EM8695

Does EM8695 work with Windows devices? We couldn’t find the windows driver, only linux ones.

We purchase this module from Mouser Electronics I have reached out to them to them; have not received a response yet. But I see that Sierra Wireless has windows drivers for many other modules (see link below), except for the EM8695 one. Why is that?
