Windows 7 Driver for MC7304 (VID_1199&PID_68C0&MI_0C)

I have a Problem to install driver for MC7304 on an Windows 7 Ultimate PC.
After Installation I have an unknown device named MC7304 with Hardware Id “VID_1199&PID_68C0&MI_0C”. I have search this ID in all INF-Files; I haven’t found it! Is there a Installation pack for my device?
