Windows 10 ITO MC7430 reliability issues

Hello

We are producing around 100 IOT Devices, They run windows 10 ITO and use a MC7430 module via a USB interface for communication. We are however facing reliably issues when it comes to the 4G modules. About 1 in 5 will not stay connected to the internet for an extend period of time. We have installed the latest carrier specific firmware on all of the modules and have the latest windows drivers installed.

The main issue we face is when windows shows the module with full reception but simply says no internet. The only fix we have found for this is to power cycle the module.

If anyone has any suggestions as to what to try to fix these problems? Or any basic thing we have missed any help would be much appreciated

hello,

Can you assist with how I can obtain technical support for this issue. This continues to be an issue.

We have diagnosed this further and the only way to recover the modem is to power cycle it. Rebotting the connected windows IOT computer does not recover the modem,
