VGPIO too high on HL7800

Hi everyone,

We have a custom board with a HL7800 module on it. We power the module with a 3,3V.
And it turns out that the VGPIO voltage is at 2,3V instead of 1,8V.

Is there any reason that the VGPIO not output the correct voltage ?

Hi Etienne,
There is no reason for high VGPIO. It should be 1.8V.
Please make sure that you connect correct VGPIO pin to your custom board. And there is no accessories on the custom board that could make incorrect voltage.
After checking if the output still shows incorrect value, please contact your reseller to open a RMA request. Or submit “Contact Us” on Sierrawireless.com
