What is the maximum operating voltage of HL6528RD-G

Hello, I am using HL6528RD-G which is specified as 1.8V module. I want to know what is the maximum upper operating voltage of this module and also for HL6528RD-G2.8V. Does 1.8V specified module can operate on above 2V and if yes what is the allowable upper limit for supply voltage. Thanks
