Using MC7304 for GSM and Cellular simultaneously

Hi,
i am trying to get SMS while my modem is used also as 3G/4G modem.
as i see the GSM is using serial port ttyUSB2 and i am trying to use ttyUSB0 in order to get also SMS.

when i am using AT command within the minicom there is no answer.
the Bps is 9600 8N1.

Does MC7304 do not support transmitting on both channels?
