Hi! I am trying to use FX100 in Canada with Sakstel SIM (3G). I am not able to get a connection on the SIM. The Modem LED just lighted permanently and does not blink.
Any configuration required? The modem is on firmware 7.52

Can you send the following commands to the unit?

at+cmee=1
at+cpin?
at+cimi
at+creg?
at+cgreg?
at+cops?
at+cops=? //This one will take a couple of minutes to complete.
at+wmbs?
at+wwsm?
This should give me an idea about what the unit is set to and what is around.

and rebooting should give useful information …
