Switch EM9293 to USB3.0/2.0

I use command “AT!USBSPEED=0” and “AT!USBSPEED=1” to switch EM9293 to USB 2.0 or USB3.0, but sometimes it cannot switch from USB3.0 to USB2.0 or from USB2.0 to USB3.0, do I need to do more commands?

have you checked USB speed by “lsusb -t” after using the command?
Have you done a reset of module after typing the AT!USBSPEED command?
what is the AT!USBSPEED showing right now?
Which firmware are you using?
Are you testing in Ubuntu PC?

I have reseted the PIM after do “AT!USBSPEED”, PIM’s firmware is SWIX65C_02.15.01.00 5268b2 jenkins 2023/11/17 22:12:4, I use embedded Linux, the Linux kernel is v5.4.210, sometimes I switch from USB3.0 to USB2.0, but it still in USB3.0 on CPU side, or I switch from USB2.0 to USB3.0, but it still in USB2.0 on CPU side

Could it be related to hardware issue on the connector of your board?

how is the reproducibility rate of this issue on your board?

The rate is 5%~10%, okay, I will try the latest FW

one more question:
will there be any improvement if you are resetting the module by power cycle instead of AT!RESET?
