STK Command not running. Always Gives Error

I have upgraded my RC7620 to firware SWI9X07H_00.08.24.02 f90cbd jenkins 2022/03/21 03:47:54
Now When Iam running following command related to stk, it gives error:

at*psstki?
ERROR

at!custom=“STKUIEN”,2
ERROR

Need Your Kind help please.

I am trying to send silent sms to get response from receiver to fetch cell id and imei. I have been going through official document and trying running commands but not getting any positive result. So is there anyone, who can kindly guide me how to acheive this??
