[SL8090] modem signal power configurtation

Hello,

Is there any way to configure the modem to transmit with maximum power to a base station.
It is needed for EMC check and some other tests. I know that normally a measurement device simulates
3G network to force transition and probably control signal level in that way but I want to force the modem
to work with maximum signal power.

Please refer to the AT commands Guide of SL809x for the commands to set the TX signal power.
