I found in aliexpress modem sl6087 labeled AT&T.
Is it possible to use the modem with sim card of any mobile operator or it locked on AT&T?
Someone buys these modems in this store?

No the units will not be locked to AT&T they will just have AT&T settings (which do not differ that much from standard units). The only reason for us to lock a unit as with handset manufacturers) is if they have bought the unit and do not want it used with another operators SIM and operators do not buy these sorts of units from us.
