Hello, I am trying to determine if the SIM Application Toolkit is properly enabled on a EM7455.
I’ve tried the command
AT!ENTERCND=“A710”
OK
AT!CUSTOM=“STKUIEN”,2
ERROR
It almost appears that the toolkit is not set up on the device firmeware.
AT!STKPD=?
!STKPD: NOT IMPLEMENTED
Any ideas on what is going on?

Hi @mattenelson
It is a normal behavior. EM7455 doesn’t support the !STK commands.
Please help to tick “Solution” if your question is answered. So the community could easily find the solution for their problems.
If it does not support the commands, does it support the toolkit for SMS OTA?
I am trying to get this device to complete OTA updates and it does not seem to be completing them.

Hi mattenelson,
EM7455 has supported SIM Toolkit.
Sierra delivered eUICC SIM cards in different formats initially loaded with Sierra profile
Please contact your reseller or distributor directly or below website for technical support in this case.

OK, so 7455 has the toolkit supported, but does not have the at commands to control it?
I am not using Sierra delivered eUICC SIM cards, not sure what that has to do with my situation.

Ok, I work for a SIM manufacturer and MVNO, we have some enterprise customers using the 7455 who are having trouble receiving the SMS OTA while their other devices (over 10,000) are not having any issues with our SIMs. I do not have a contact as a “reseller” or “distributor” so I am not aware of how to contact technical support directly. Which is why I have asked the questions on this forum.
Thank you for your assistance.
